Thank you for shopping with us! We are an Australian-based board game retailer committed to delivering your orders safely and efficiently. This Shipping Policy outlines our processes, costs, and timelines to ensure a smooth experience. Please read it carefully before placing an order.
Your Statutory Rights: Nothing in this Shipping Policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) or equivalent state or territory legislation. The ACL provides consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded, including that goods will be of acceptable quality, match their description, and be delivered within a reasonable time. Order Processing and Handling Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Australia).
Orders placed after 2:00 PM AEDT/AEST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
We aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible, but during peak periods (e.g., holidays or sales), processing may take 3 - 5 business days.
Shipping Methods and Carriers
Domestic Shipping (within Australia): We primarily use Australia Post for standard and express services. For larger or bulk orders, we may use couriers like Sendle or Aramex.
International Shipping: We ship worldwide via Australia Post International or DHL for faster options. Note that international shipments may incur customs duties, taxes, or fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
We do not ship to PO Boxes for items requiring signature upon delivery.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. (Note: Each board game weighs approximately 155 grams, so orders of multiple games will scale accordingly within the weight brackets below.)
Domestic Rates:
Standard Shipping: $9.95 flat rate for orders under 5kg (free for orders over $150 AUD).
Express Shipping: $14.95 flat rate.
Regional/Remote Areas: Additional surcharges may apply (e.g., +$5 for NT, TAS, or WA remote postcodes).
International Rates:
Starting from $25 AUD, varying by country and weight. Quotes provided at checkout. No free shipping on international orders.
All prices include GST for Australian customers. International customers are responsible for any applicable import taxes or duties.
Delivery Times
Domestic (Australia):
Standard: 3-7 business days (metro areas); 5-10 business days (regional/remote).
Express: 1-3 business days (metro); 2-5 business days (regional).
International:
Standard: 10-20 business days (depending on destination).
Express: 5-10 business days.
These are estimated times provided by our carriers and may be affected by factors like customs delays, weather, or high demand. We are not liable for delays beyond our control, but we will communicate any known delays to you promptly.
Tracking and Insurance
All orders include tracking information, which will be emailed to you once dispatched.
Standard insurance covers up to $100 AUD for loss or damage. Additional insurance can be purchased at checkout for high-value orders.
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details. We will investigate and provide a remedy in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which may include repair, replacement, resupply, or refund depending on the circumstances (e.g., whether it is a major or non-major failure).
Address Accuracy and Failed Deliveries
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by you.
If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or no one available to receive it, you may incur redelivery fees.
Undeliverable packages returned to us will be refunded minus original shipping costs and any return fees.
Restrictions and Prohibited Items
We comply with Australian export regulations and do not ship to embargoed countries (e.g., as listed by the Australian Government).
During extreme weather or events (e.g., bushfires or pandemics), shipping to affected areas may be suspended.
