Returns policy

Change of Mind 

We do not accept returns or refunds if you simply change your mind about a purchase. Once a game is bought, it is considered final sale, protecting our inventory for other customers.  

 Faulty Products 

If a game is defective or has a manufacturing fault, please promptly contact us within a reasonable amount of time of receipt to report the issue. We will work with you to resolve the issue, offering a replacement, or refund for major faults (e.g., the game is unusable due to a manufacturing fault)

For minor faults (e.g., a replaceable component is missing, or damaged during the manufacturing process), we may offer a repair or replacement at our discretion. Please provide proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation), a description of the fault, and photos if applicable. We will cover reasonable return postage for approved faulty returns.
